Terms & Conditions

At DC Metal & Glass, we strive to provide exceptional metal and glass fabrication services to our valued customers. To ensure transparency and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship, we have established the following terms and policies:

1.1. Once the item design and specifications are approved by the client, we will proceed with the fabrication process.

 

1.2. Any changes or modifications requested after the client approval will be subjected to additional charges and delays in the fabrication timeline.

2.1. All our products are custom-made to meet the unique requirements of each customer. Therefore, once the item is approved and processed for fabrication, it cannot be returned or claimed for a refund.

 

2.2. We take utmost care in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our fabrication work. In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects or errors, we will work with the customer to rectify the issue and provide suitable solutions.

3.1. We require a 50% deposit or partial payment upfront to initiate the fabrication process. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid upon completion and before the delivery or collection of item. 

 

3.2. If installation is required of the fabricated item then 50% deposit will be required upfront, 25% before delivery and remaining 25% after the installation of the fabricated item.

 

3.3. Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfers, or checks. All payments should be made in the designated currency as specified in the invoice.

4.1. We strive to deliver the fabricated items within the agreed-upon timeline. However, please note that fabrication and delivery times may vary depending on the complexity and volume of the order.

 

4.2. Delivery charges will be communicated to the client, if applicable.

 

4.3. Any type of permission, documents or permit required for the installation or delivery will be provided by the client.
